anart.gr bears no responsibility for any problems, technical or otherwise, that arise during access to the website by users and concern the operation and/or compatibility of the user's equipment with the technologies used by the website.
Security
It is your obligation to keep your anart.gr account access details secret, these details are the email address you used when you registered on the website as well as the secret access code to it. You and you alone are responsible for the actions taken through your account.
Shipping
The products are shipped the next day from the day of your order, for security reasons, and will be sent by a courier company (general postal courier), for the fastest delivery to your place (in 1 or 2 days depending on the area where you are & all island destinations up to 3 days delivery at your place). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. You will be informed by e-mail about the progress of your order.
Incorrect shippings

Θα σας δοθούν οδηγίες για την επιστροφή και την αντικατάστασή του, στην οποία δεν θα έχει καμία επιβάρυνση ο πελάτης.
Replacements
If you wish to exchange the product you have purchased and have not used, you may contact us by telephone or e-mail at our telephone number or address listed in the "Contact Us" section of our website within 14 calendar days of the receipt. You will not be charged with return and shipping costs for purchases worth more than 99 euros, otherwise you will be charged with the return and shipping costs or you have the option to send the product at our expense (with the courier company we work with) and we we will send you the new product with 10 euros cash on delivery. You can contact us for further procedures and you will have the right to choose a different product of equal or greater value from the same season as the order was made (winter/summer). In the event that the customer wants to make a second change to the same product, then he will be charged with the return and shipping costs. Otherwise, when the customer is not satisfied with the purchase he made, has not used the product and is within 14 calendar days after receipt, he further has the right to return the product he has purchased and to request the return of the price paid as provided by the Greek legislation for the protection of the consumer (right of withdrawal from the completed sale) and he will be charged with the return costs. In any case (return - exchange) the product must be accompanied by a legal document (receipt - invoice).
Case of Defective Product
If the product is found to be defective by the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase, and is not repaired by a specialist, then it can be returned and replaced. You must notify us by phone or e-mail within this period. The customer will not incur any return costs.
